2. Description of Service

H-Context provides automated website analysis and content extraction services. The Service converts website content into structured formats (Markdown, JSON) and provides business intelligence insights for SEO and marketing purposes.

3. Token-Based Usage

The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go token system. Each website analysis consumes one token. Tokens are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe) and do not expire. All token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Analyze websites without proper authorization
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by H-Context and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. Analysis results generated by the Service are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership of your data or analysis results.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H-Context shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
